This might be just another small factor of Vojvodina's EU leanings, the EU placing great emphasis on biomass.

Either remove this factor (i.e. explain to Vojvodinian farmers that EU's renewable energy and agricultural policy is unsustainable) or count with this constant pro-EU leanings.
