The title sounds too good to be true after reading the piece.
A political rehash, not a thorough evaluation of waste-to-biofuel story.

The Swiss can take advantage of the dirtling. The useless babble the dirtling spews can be converted to boifuel. Heck they can save energy by useing the hot air the dirtling spews to heat water for process steam.
