On the other hand India can meet its energy needs without vast fields of arsenic filled contraptions and enormous herds of gigantic bird-killing environment disruptors, by using nuclear plants.

Arsenic ?? Where ?? Only solar panels for use in space contain arsenic. As for birds, radiation does a better job killing.

Because they are no solution. Becausethey do not work and are incredibly polluting.
The only one (outside oil and coal) that can deliver is nuclear.
The more India delays nuclear, the more money it pays into British Petroleum and Royal AngloDutch Shell coffers.

The only solution for India is nuclear.
