San Antonio's mayor embraces its Latino culture while Tucson bans it
First is the fact that its Latino mayor was able to turn off the dependence on coal for electricity generation for the seventh largest city in the nation; San Antonio is a million+ city that is about as big as Phoenix, AZ.
