Gary Schwenderman (Works at BYU) says:
"To spend any money on wind or solar for electricity production is a waste of money. Google small modular reactors and you will see why. When small modular reactors come on line, wind and solar will be dinosaurs."
Wow, works at BYU, but doesn't study there? Perhaps on the janitorial staff? If you also Google NRC and nuclear plants under construction, you will find about 28 in all. In different stages of permitting or construction. All are light water reactor designs. There is NOTHING new being "allowed" to be constructed by the NRC. No PBR, CANDU, Thorium reactors are being licensed or built. Nuclear has always been and will always be problematic with waste by products and end of life decommissioning costs. Gary the worst lie you will ever tell is the one you tell yourself.
