Is fracking a "bridge" to a clean-energy future?

There are 1 comment on the The Washington Post story from Mar 4, 2013, titled Is fracking a "bridge" to a clean-energy future?. In it, The Washington Post reports that:

When it comes to energy, Ernest Moniz seems to be an "all of the above" guy. President Obama's new nominee for the Energy Department has heaped praise on everything from solar panels and efficiency to nuclear power and shale-gas fracking.

“In broad terms,” Moniz testified,“we find that, given the large amounts of natural gas available in the U.S. at moderate cost … natural gas can indeed play an important role over the next couple of decades (together with demand management) in economically advancing a
energy system.”

More scientific science fiction. Note the key word "CLEAN"" energy another mystical method of scientific science fiction. If it were clean we would have a zero global warming cooling climate change. Like the coal Ind. they will change their descriptive word "clean" to cleaner when the money rolls in.
