Apparently, the only entity to distribute energy in our islands will be the govt, regardless who produces it.

If they start selling "the stuff" as if it were gold or the current oil prices, they will definitely have to bend over in order to shove it....or sell it in the nearest non Puerto Rican island.

"]The 250 MW Agua Caliente Solar Projec" is not a photovoltaic plant. While my Spanish is not up to Jorges standards, Aqua Calienta roughly translates to Hot Water.
Considering the foot print, cost and output, a more accurate name could be El Torro Caca. It is nothing more than a collection of mirrors capable of blinding pilots from several miles
