Oh by the way, the half-life of the photovoltaic toxic wastes is, well, forever (it does not radioactively decay away)."

You,"ran across", yeah right. This is why bars shout out last calls. You can recycle solar panels and their "toxic" waste, since the SALT II treaty, you can't reuse or recycle nuclear waste. The only decay here is YOUR point of a poorly formed argument Jordheim.
