EU countries divided over Tymoshenko case
As the May deadline for signing a EU-Ukraine association agreement approaches, some EU countries are prepared to overlook the imprisonment of former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, arguing that the Union should not lose Ukraine over the fate of one person.

And who is at fault? It is all yaknowitch's fault. He cannot have it both ways. Ukraine still has the corrupt commie justice system. The elections were far from fair. Yaknowitch used state money for his re-election rather then party money,. The opposition was not allowed to air their stand because the TV stations are controlled by Yaknowitch and his corrupt friends. Yaknowitch promised reforms; but so far he is just dragging his feet. Ukrainian people should vote him out of office in the next election and send him to prison for corruption for the rest of his life!
