These long term deals are scary. There are so many things that could happen like the feed in rate being cut or a charge being assessed for the grid cost. The Dummerston Selectmen are doing a good job.

Some brain trust is looking for your money using the local rules and laws to squeeze it out of the locals, in the name of ENVIRO. The select board words are from the extreme ends of the rub. One already has the Government feeding him while the other works for himself 24/7. One uses credit or cash for improvements while the other applies for grants and program subsidies, AKA not my money
