"There's a type of scam out there that's being going on for at least 100 years. A company claims to have invented or discovered something that will make a lot of money. Quite often this will be in the field of energy, although we see them more and more in the field of weather control and information technology. The company can demonstrate research, they will often hold one or more patents on the technology, and they will have some kind of prototype that does not actually fully work, but they claim is a demonstration of the proof of concept. They won't reveal all the details, despite having filed patents, because they either don't want people to steal their ideas, or they claim it's too early, and more research needs to be done.

What they are looking for though, is investors. They will talk about the huge potential market, and hence the huge amount of money to be made. They will get people to invest in their company. The technology will go nowhere slowly, and eventually the principals will withdraw, and the investors will end up with nothing.

The scam works because it's not illegal to be wrong, unless you actually know you are wrong. So if you think you've discovered a form of free energy, it's perfectly legal to set up a company to research and develop the technology. It's quite legal to solicit investment based on what you think is correct science - even if it does turn out to be wrong, and the investors lose all their money. They took a risk, they lost. It's quite legal to pay yourself and the other principals a large salary.

So all you have to do to run such a scam is to never admit you knew it was a scam. You have to pretend you believe in the technology. Then when it fails you simply keep insisting that you thought it worked, and you were sorry you didn't get enough time to work out the kinks.

Then of course there are those people who actually ARE convinced that their technology works. There are plenty of people who think they actually have discovered something new, and they just need a bit more research to make money from it.

So which of the two is V3Solar?"

Nicely put Mick, couldn't have put it better myself

Just wondering if it's worth going Mcaskills Lawyer Partner and Director Bill Abbott of Ebbsworth solicitors as malpractice via the Solicitors board for those in Australia? May be worth a look.

SunSeeker in Thailand?

Golly,my friend there doesn't fall for it again!

"Hi Keef

No good news for suncubes. The some have worked for a day or 2 and some have run for a few weeks, itís a long way from what Greg claims, They started falling apart within 9 months of installation for which greg blames the Indian manufacturer, even though he has put in at least 20 hours on average on each suncube, Possibly closer to 30 hours, lens are falling out, again the fault of the Indians and now the lens maker. The list of excuses is endless. I believe if Greg wrote a book of excuses he would make more money that he ever can legitimately with the suncubes. Early days his true nature revealed he was always blaming others for his shortcomings and never taking responsibility himself, even though he put so many hours on each cube, when I realized his nature of blaming I did not touch or have any input into the cubes so he didnít have any excuse to blame me. Many times when he could not sort the issues he would claim his Malaria had come back and had to run back to Australia, Once he claimed he picked up malaria in Bangkok, After I assured him that could not happen he came up with it was a type of malaria the reoccurs.

He blamed external spiking for damage issues even though there were serious reliability issues when not connected to the grid. I have a theory some of the things that happened with the cubes were created by Greg to remove the blame from himself, evidence of that I will keep to myself in case it is needed in a court case that I will take against him.

From the day the suncubes arrived here in Bangkok it has been a disaster, as well as the license fee it has cost me more that double that in buying parts for him , running him around, picking up and dropping him off, costs of setting up finance for projects with our bankers, not to mention my partners and my credibility with government departments and contractors.

He hides behind the internet, wont talk on skype as he doesnít want people who know the real story hear him telling lies, he wont return emails . he wont answer his phone, all he does is send text messages like a teenager which are attempts at stalling what he doesnít realize the inevitable action against him.

Some pics attached of the suncubes, or should I call them OFFsuncubes chasing birds or butterflies, everything except the sun. Note the bowing of the lens after new lens were installed by Greg"

Read the story

Greg Watson claimed to be the green genius who was going to revolutionise the energy needs of the entire planet with his power generating invention that began life called a sun ball. Made from a lampshade and a dog's bowl... a dog's breakfast as it turned out.

Greg Watson was going to conquer the world with his solar energy contraption called the sun cubeÖ well he only got as far as the con part.

When Keefy met Greggy!:)

You people at Sunseeker are scam artists.
You have never even sold one of your products, and have not even got a good builder for them. You just keep looking for new investors or an outdated product and one that was never any good to begin with.

Tell us where you have sold and have installed products.
You are a bunch of S__T.

Actually some Sunseeker people came by way of Mannatech reps. Mannatech is another scam, pyramid scheme with a founder that almost went to jail several times, just like the people at Sunseeker.
Though Mtex is not a green scam.

They sell so called nutritinal supplements. But even in their red herring, from the time they went public, it stated that they did not know if their products were safe or even worked. This was directly from an article in Barron's years ago.

If you look way back into the Topix Sunseeker past you can see the connection I have just mentioned.

And now Sunseeker has started to say that because of the recent turmoil in Thailand, their production etc. has been held up. Always another excuse, just as long as they can keep scamming more investors. Their main product is just a contraption, that has no application in the real world, only an idiot would buy one, and their minimum order is 1000. Who do those A holes think they are?

Posts #5 & #37 tell a lot about this scamming crew and where they came from. Legisi did come from Mannatech.

And the whole this has hit a dead end in Thailand and they put the blame on the political unrest there. Just another scam.
