A Cape Coral, Florida woman living "off the grid" was ordered last week by a magistrate to hook up to utilities to comply with city codes or risk eviction from her home.

If you think you own the home you are using, pull out your mortgage paperwork and you'll find a section that makes it clear you signed agreeing to be the "Tenant". Wake up, the State claims "all property vests in the State". What are we going to do about it?
