Germany to Propose Renewable-Energy Subsidy Changes in March

Very good Germany!! Again taking the role of the futuristic, modern leader. By 2020 Germany will have 100% energy from renewable sources - more than 30 years earlier then any other country. They are currently helping Japan to make it too.
