From the article:Additionally, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates China will add the equivalent of a new 600-megawatt coal power plant every 10 days for the next 10 years.
One thousand coal plants were planned decades ago by communist chinese(always small letters). Along the way, the communist chinese(always small letters) got the U.S. D.O.T. involved in their scheme. Now that the communist chinese(always small letters) understand the pollution that they are pouring on their people(they always understood) & into the world, communist chinese(always small letters) are taking half-hearted measures to slow the pollution onslaught.
Of course, heartland (heartless) thinks that communist chinese(always small letters) half-hearted measures are OK & agree with their pollution propaganda plans.
