Judged: 1 1 1 Court: Obama appointments are unconstitutional BY SAM HANANEL ASSOCIATED PRESS WASHINGTON (AP)-- A federal appeals court has ruled that President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate to fill vacancies on a labor relations panel. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit says Obama did not have the power to make recess appointments earlier this year to the National Labor Relations Board. Obama claims he acted properly because the Senate was away for the holidays. But the court says the Senate technically stayed in session when lawmakers gaveled in and out every few days for so-called "pro forma" sessions. GOP lawmakers used the tactic specifically to prevent Obama from using his recess power to fill vacancies in an agency they claimed was too pro-union. The Obama administrati on is expected to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court. |
Where are the charges and hearings, bagger? Even your own know you're clueless. AUcry-a-thon: Day 80 hahahahahahahahahaha |

Judged: 1 1 And yet HE doesn't rubber-stamp oil pipelines and he's pushing for green energy. Amazing, huh? Of course his campaigns have gotten big energy money. But I judge more by performance than by talk or by contributions. Hey, Repubs should try voting their consciences instead of with their big donors sometime, huh?:) |

Benghazi is far from over moron. Now there is also Algeria to add to it. As far as climate change legislation goes, Barack Benghazi is just wasting more money ala Solyndra to put America in the dumpster, where Europe is. Soros must be paying Obumbler a pretty penny. |

"investment in renewable energy projects that create jobs" -
Great track record, Obama. Were those the jobs that went to China for solar panel production using the fabulous pork barrel bill or the HALF A TRILLION that went your buddies at Solyndra to pay for their luxury retirement after giving you millions in contributions... Maybe you should hire Al "Hot Air" Gore as a consultant for how not to act, e.g. personal jet travel, mansions that use the energy of a small town, etc. How about you - Why not have your wife fly in the same airplane when you go on vacation, you stinking hypocrite. |
|
No! Obama doesn't rubber-stamp oil pipelines. What Obama does rubber-stamp is America's mandatory involvement in man-made climate change: probably the most clever political hoax since 1936 when Princeton senior Lewis Gorin conjured up the scam "Veterans of Future Wars". |
