EDC's wind farm project in Ilocos Norte gets DOE approval

TRANSLATION:

now that elections are over and everyone has been paid-off that needs to be paid-off we can go ahead with our project.

side note:
wind turbines require a lot of maintenance and that means a lot of trained personnel and a lot of cash.
have you ever seen one? they are huge and very very high up.
there will be danes in the fils. lots of them. i hope they bring some seeds with them.:)))

I have the mrs bring vege seeds from the US when she does there -never had a problem.
