We the Egyptian Christians are very disappointed by the misleading information provided by El Deeb. Majority of Middle East Muslim writers hide the truth trying not to shake the image of Egyptian government reputation abroad. The truth is so difficult. Thousands of Christians’ properties were stolen, damaged, and burnt. Eight were killed outside the church, 29 were injured. When Christians rushed to the hospital, the hospital officials locked door, prevented Christian doctors from treating injured, tool parts of dead bodies to reuse it without permission of families. The action increased Christians anger, so some of them reacted. Police came later to fire tear gas on crowded area and opened fire shooting to injure more Christians. Next day hundreds of Al Azhar students damaged everything belong to Christians. Police did nothing but came later to arrest over 100 Christian teens. The teens were taken from home from 2:00 am to 4:00 am. Police used electrical shocks to torture the teens whose age beteen middle and high schools as pictures were sent show that. Police use arrested teens to put pressure on Christians to accept a deal other than going to court.

That is awful, my boyfried is Coptic and was in Cairo at the time - he said the atmosphere was just awful and he spent all his time indoors. I will pray for you and him and hope one day there will be some peace in the world.
