2012 VOTE CRIS ERICSON

#1 Apr 8, 2012
Richard Lee, Marc Emery, NJ Weedman, and many, many, many
people have given their lives to trying to legalize marijuana.

It is a war against peoples' right to make their own choices.

How many Democrat and Republican candidates for President claim to be Christians today, on Easter?

Nowhere in the Holy Bible does it state that marijuana is bad for you.

In fact, in the Old Testament Holy Bible, Genesis, which many
Jews and Christians believe in,
it clearly states that God gave us every seed bearing plant.

In the state of Vermont,
by keeping marijuana illegal,
Police Officers and Judges may be lured by Satan
into worshipping money
because hundreds of Vermont prisoners every year are sent to out-of-state
private-for-profit prisons run by Corrections Corporation of America,
and because CCA is selling stock on the stock market,
and because
Police Officers and Judges can buy stock on the NASDAQ stock market,
they may be financially motivated to arrest more and more people,
and
receive "kickbacks" in the form of increased stock dividends.
Should a Judge be in a position to give one of your teenage friends,
or a parent of one of your friends, or your aunt or your uncle,
a longer prison sentence for mere marijuana possession
just because that may put money back into the Judge's pocket
in the form of increased stock dividends?

(1) The voters in the State of Vermont
are tired of Vermonters being sent
to out-of-state private-for-profit prisons.
This breaks up families and deprives fathers and
mothers and children and aunts and uncles and
cousins from seeing each other and from
benefitting from a family relationship, the core of
our very existence.

(2) The State of Vermont sends over 500 prisoners out of state. This is a
violation of the Constitution of the State of Vermont which requires that
prisoners are to work for the benefit of the public
in view of the public -
for example, cleaning roadsides,
and pulling invasive species out of Lake Champlain.
The prisoners could build row boats and then sit in them
on the lake and pull out milfoil and other invasive species.
The prisoners could farm and grow all foods needed for
public schools, saving taxpayers a fortune.

(3) Medical Marijuana should be legalized under federal law.
A lot of Vermonters, Jewish and Christian, believe in the
Holy Bible, Old Testament,
Genesis,
"God gave us every seed bearing plant."
It is a violation of Church & State for the federal government
to violate the Jewish and Christian religion and not allow
people to follow their religion.

(4) Hemp should be legal for farmers to grow and make products
with under federal law.
Again, in Genesis, in the Old Testament Holy Bible,
Jews and Christians read that "God gave us every seed bearing plant".

Are people afraid to speak up about marijuana legalization now?
Richard Lee for President

RICHARD LEE,
you can collect 1,000
ballot access petition signatures from Vermont registered
voters and get on the Vermont ballot for the
General Election 2012 for President as an Independent
candidate, or for the U.S. Marijuana Party, using the
3 descriptive words "designer" party rule.

You only need 1,000 Vermont registered voters
to sign your petition to qualify. The largest city in
Vermont is Burlington with a population of about
55,000 people, and there are camping grounds
along Lake Champlain. It is south of Montreal,
Canada.

The population of the entire State of Vermont is
only about 620,000 people. It is one of the
low ballot access petition signature requirement
states. There are a few others.

Petition signatures are now due JUNE 14th, 2012
before 5 pm Vermont time.

In the State of Vermont, an 'independent' candidate
may chose up to three descriptive words
and appear on the ballot as a designer label party
so long as it is not the name of an
"organized" party.
