This is easy to explain; all the people from that county who have been smuggling their kids into Douglas schools are getting caught! Douglas has been on a campaign for the last 2 years to quietly kick out all the students who are not part of the local tax base. They started with Carroll county because they knew when they got to Fulton there would be cries of racism. So they went west first to eject a large enough number of white students so that hopefully nobody will try to play the card. They're wrong of course and the card has already been played. At some point people are going to have to learn that white people are ALWAYS going to be associated with racism in America. It doesn't matter what good you try to do, your white skin is your badge of shame (according to non-whites). Get used to it.

Sad but true. Also, I think a lot of people are moving to that area. It is absolutely beautiful out there in the country, and the Bremen City Schools have a good reputation.

I agree. I think a lot of the growth is from people moving to that area. I know 2 families who have moved to Carroll County in the last year. In Carroll County i have been told that auto/homeowners insurance is cheaper, I know property taxes are cheaper and the majority of the county still feels "country" I have been looking at Carrollton and the Bremen area myself:)
