More college degrees vs. just more students

Arkansas has the nation's second lowest percentage of adults ages 25 to 64 with college degrees, its 19 percent beating only West Virginia.

Good thing that some lottery funded the education of students. However students should realize that they have to work their way up too. If you have good education it's easy to land on a good and well compensating job.
