Use your money any way you wish. But why disparaged all American Citizen students?<quoted text>
I don't advocate public funding of college for illegals OR for American citizens.
I provide scholarships for young, working class kids. Most are Hispanic (I live in a city that is majority Hispanic). I do NOT provide scholarships for "Hispanic studies" or any similar bull crap. I fund scholarships for kids who want to go into math, science, engineering, business, and medicine.
Clearly, the kids that are being talked about here are GOOD STUDENTS, they aren't morons. I'm considering sponsoring another kid in the coming year- I'd consider an "illegal" kid if he was really sharp and a hard worker (again, this is MY money, not tax money- so I can choose whomever I want).
Not everyone should go to college. But the bright kids should- regardless of their socio economic status or immigration status. I'd rather fund college for a bright, hard working kid who was born in Mexico than some mediocre slacker American kid who thinks college is his birthright. I fund kids who are hungry for success, not spoiled brats (again, it's my money, so I get to make the call).

I give to good students from families of limited means, regardless of their citizenship status.
