Except blacks are citizens, they assimilate, they speak the King's English
Actually, they probably do NOT speak "The King's English," nor do you if you are American.

The King's English refers to English as spoken by certain Englishmen in the London area. It is significantly different than "American" English- differences in spelling, grammar, and word usage.

If you went to England and told them you spoke "The King's English," they'd probably rebuke you as an American rube who doesn't know what he is talking about.
