Long Beach schools gaining, but majority still have low ranking
The Long Beach Unified School District showed gains on standardized tests this year, but more than 50 percent of local schools still ranked in the bottom half statewide, according to state data released Thursday.

Long Beach is a great City. They have attracted so many foreign illegals that their own Public Schools suck. Long Beach voters played a sick joke on their Own kids.

One thing we know now after the housing bubble Many mericans are not very good at math, or reality. It's a shame watching what was once Long Beach turn into a morass of fragmented disparate communities, as Obama pulls the pin on Mexico's population bomb.
