roger lowell was the biggest piece of crap, the new principal raised test scores by at least 40% good riddance to bad rubbish and the nerve that took the time to bid him farewell at the graduation and give him a gift? they should of gave him a swift kick in the caboose!

Roger Lowell made sure that many students failed while he was at the helm. That he ends up failing is only right. He was an awful leader, and is possibly just a mean human being.
