Maine schools' average a 'C' in new grading system
Auburn's Edward Little, Farmington's Mt. Blue and Oxford Hills high schools got C's, as did Monmouth, Lisbon and Oak Hill high schools.

Maine is lucky it's even a C or at least a weak C at best. Even their colleges and Universities rank pretty low. Last year in the BDN we read that UMaine Orono got a failing grade across the board for Academic and other standards. I came here for a work program but even that isn't working out. I find that Maine is a big FAIL from business, services, all the way to education. And don't get me started on the shitty housing in Maine. YUK!
