Schools not told that test questions were posted online
Investigations into the online posting of items from standardized tests are getting underway belatedly because state officials failed to alert most affected school systems of the problem.

Plot Kill Ahead:
There was a conspiracy, connected with higher ups, to give an opportunity to kids to cheat on their exams, so they wouldn't fail, and schools wouldn't be denied federal government money because of poor performance from hispanics and blacks in high school.
They finally got caught, and now they're playing dumb while thinking of other ways to game a system that doesn't conform with reality, and penalizes schools that have little to work with.
The minute I heard of "the dream act," I knew the only way to make it happen was to figure out a way to game the system. This way, it allows kids to cheat, without involving teachers or administrators losing their jobs via getting caught actually manually fudging the numbers on their own.

The Teachers Unions will go to any lengths to make it look like their union members aren't failing to educate our kids.

If there's not enough oversight, because of the raw material teachers have to work with, they'll cheat and feel justified doing so. A casual perusal of Nobel Prize winners in the sciences reveals that blacks and latinos aren't going to be performing near the level of whites and asians, and never will.
We're importing a permanent underclass when we allow an overabundance of blacks and latinos to immigrate here, and it will explode all over our grandchildren as they become the ruling minorities through default. Sooner or later the "lesser-thans" will attack the leaders, with the rest of the world backing them up, and America will decend to irreparable chaos.
just ask the white South Africans and white Zimbabweans how much fun that process was, as well as the end results.
You can't ask a people to pick themselves up by their own bootstraps if they don't have shoes, and you can't increase the IQ of a race who don't have the corresponding genetic brain density to make it happen.
That's just the way it is.

Yes. You are right. Because many of us were born after the revolution began, many of us are not aware of the fact that the unbelievably expensive taxpayer funded wealthy occupiers of the California State University system used hard earned taxpayer provided money to help bring down the lawful White Government of the one time peaceful and first-world nation of South Africa. What the hard working minority of Californians who pay taxes should be asking themselves now is, how is the California University system assisted revolution working there, and will the revolution work any better here?
