I disagree totally with this. Parents fought for decades to have their children "included" and even "main streamed" in the public school system. Enormous amounts of money have been spent to make schools phsically accessible to kids who have all types of disabilities. Special Teachers and Teacher Aides have been put in place specifially for this, and Now they want out? Unfortunately they are entitled to the same public education benefits as "nondisabled" kids, end of subject. If this passes, it will be a violation of the 14th ammendment.
