I am wondering how Ohio can fund two school systems when we can't keep the one (public) we have funded properly. Has our governor and legislators discovered new monies to fund this proposal?

The federal lawsuit, Penick vs. Board of Education in 1977 resulted in forced busing, closing of Northland High School, Central High School, White Flight and "Minority" rule under Gene Harris. Public Schools waste tax payer dollars teaching homosexual indoctrination, sex education classes about putting condoms on cucumbers and opening subversive schools like Africentric K 8 and the Columbus Spanish Immersion Academy. Public schools are corrupt, violent, incompetent and un-American and as many alternatives as possible are now necessary.

Don't completely agree. All the debauched liberalism they try to indoctrinate with is well-documented, but the corruptiion, violence, and incompetence you speak of is more a reflection of the demographics of the Columbus government schools than anything else.
