Yet again HHS under the supervision of Sylvia Sierra has managed to push out more employees. She is a bully and targets anybody that is there to work and do their job the right and honest way. So much corruption has taken place it that office and our county manager continues to sweep it under the rug as thought he has no idea of all the fraud, harassment, and retaliation that goes on in that office. I hope Susana Martinez wins this election and really commits to her plan of taking out corruption, so she can start with Dona Ana County. I am currently in the process of making contact with past employees that have been fired for bogus reasons or resigned because they couldnít handle the pure b.s. in that office. I have a contact sheet of 35 people. This office has a turnover rate higher then detention center and still HR has not looked into that even though it was found in the audit!! I am wanting all former employees to get together for a meeting so we can come together and take up all these problems with the County Commissioners, the County manager Brian Haines, and HR. If they donít start listening to all these problems I think I smell a good lawsuit!
