How about we take these children away from this type of parental neglect and put them in good homes.
If you cut this type of wasteful spending you resolve the childhood obesity problem.

I have seen interviews with the parents claiming to have no money to feed their children. They are all over weight (they eat well but starve their children?), have the fancy hair do, tons of gold jewelry and have the fancy fake nails.
Working residents of Pennsylvania should say "enough is enough". We need to stop making people comfortable about taking taxpayers money. Make these people who have children and can't afford them ashamed and embarrassed of their situation Ė maybe they will reconsider having more children thay canít afford.

If these mothers/fathers qualify for 'free groceries for the entire family paid by local school districts they also qualify for free rent, free electric, free water, free heat, free daycare, free health .. free .. free .. free.
When does it end? We are supporting 43,000 and 86,000+ others. Pennsylvanians check into this. Call your State Rep and Congressmen!!
