More proof that parental involvement is lower among the low-income parents. These vouchers should be avaiable to all students, after all the low income don;t pay thier fair share of taxes anyhow.

This is a racist and discriminatory program that needs to be expanded to all students across the state, regardless of income.

For argument sake lets say the report isn't bias...it would show that the public schools are beginning to improve their schools in order to compete with non-public schools. It proves vouchers do work!

First of all it is sad that less than 50% in any scholl system are proficient in math. And second I agree with Hmmm.

You mean actually have the tax dollars follow the STUDENT and not just the government monopoly schools?
