Mr. Chronister, you have got to be kidding. Mentoring and instructing suspended children, addressing their emotional needs and traumas? And where is this money coming from? The parents of the suspended 'children' should discipline their 'children' themselves and not burden the majority of other kids, parents, and taxpayers. Mr. Chronister, the budgets are shot because schools have tried since 1964 to be all things to all people, in exchange for Democrat votes. While we pay for the emotional support of the children of neglectful parents, education has increased in cost and decreased in performance.
