Green for once seemed on the level, but should have pointed out that Kansas Taxes especially the realestate taxes are much higher than Oklahomas and they have 8 million less citizens........plus a lesser amount of the minority population, both black and hispanic hence the larger welfare and prison debt for Oklahoma leaving less for schools.
