Em... one thing always and intentionally over looked, in the name of political correctness, is how illegal immigration affects these stats.

With quick whit and slight of hand, this can be used as a tool for the agenda, more money and more teachers! The unions are happy! The State goes deeper into debt. As we all race towards oblivion.
