I still agree with the zero tolerance policy, however, yes common sense should prevail in certain circumstances. Its a matter of educating all staff members in the schools.

Fox News had a woody over this story too.

If it were a black or PR kid, this isn't even a story, but golly darn god forbid a stupid little redneckkid in PA play by the rules.

You're anger directed at a little kid is disturbing. As is your use of the word redneck, or would you be ok with someone using the "N" word if this story were about an african american child?
