Was this fire caused by the HVAC system?

Weren't there major problems with the HVAC systems at
El Monte High and Rosemead High? Their auditoriums have bwen closed for two years!

Alai, there was a power outage at Arroyo foe five daya due to "faulty" electrical wiring.

All this after millions of dollars spwnt on new construction.

Where was iur Citzens Oversight Committee headed by Mr. Michael Felix?
