Gay student sues Ohio school district over T-shirt

A gay student whose high school prohibited him from wearing a T-shirt designed to urge tolerance of gays is suing the school, saying it's violating his freedom of expression rights.

The school is gonna lose, and I hope this kid gets at least a million bucks from them. This is the ONLY way school administrators are going to learn that they cannot legally deny students their First Amendment RIGHTS.

I feel very sorry for this young man. Ohio is filled with some of the most vile, hateful fundies on the planet. If his t-shirt were to be allowed, I can guarantee you that the next day, there would be many students with GOD HATES FAGS t-shirts.
