There's something weird about this guy. Why go to a school and ask a little kid to pee in a cup. Either he is a "pee-ping" Tom or he has no friends. I would be so p.o'd if I were a parent of the child he accosted. Why was this guy able to enter the campus, not once, but twice?! One thing good though is that someone did spot this creep and everyone did their job accordingly.

Everyone knows when you pee test for drugs, they also check the temperature. Besides that point WTF is he doing in a elementary school bathroom? Maybe he had no place to go after the city shut down sand dune park! LOL. Good job MB keep up the good work!

Hmmnn, let me see now, the principal said we will reinforce our established safety procedures. That leads one to believe that established safety procedures were already in place and they will reinforce them ! If this was true then this person couldn't have gained access in the first place.

So which is it lady, do you have them or don't you - just askin'

An appropriate punishment would be to have him lecture peer groups on what drugs do to your brain.

Nothing like a bit of "Hi, my name is Kevin, drugs made my collect pee" in public to correct bad behavior. I don't even want to think about what's going to happen to him in prison...

Urine trubble, duude.

Seriously, though... if you wanted to collect urine in order to pass drug tests, why would you go to a Manhattan Beach school? What are the odds of selecting the student in Manhattan Beach who hadn't done a bong hit before breakfast?

It seems like there's financial liability of the school district for allowing perverts and criminals into the school grounds. Don't we pay good money in taxes to avoid this?
