About a dozen Middletown High School South students are fine after waiting an hour in the cold for a bus that didn't show.

Do the math.
300+ routes every day.
They pick up the kids twice a day = 600 pick ups a day.
600 pick ups a day times 180 days per year = about 100,000 pick ups a year.
And because a single bus was late one time some parent calls the Asbury Park Press to make sure it gets in the paper.
Who the heck calls the paper over a late school bus?
The headline should have been "Middletown's School Bus Services Are Doing A Great Job".
