do you really think he thought he was doing something illegal? NO! He was just out in the open selling a product in his store and was an easy hit by the spineless dickless authorities. What about the hard core drug dealers who have been selling for 20 plus years. Oh, I forgot, they are "watching" them. I wonder who Donnie pissed off.

OK, if I may let me say, "I told you so". Yes the money the Commonwealth Attorney office received is going to promote the CA's office. Just read the legal notice in the Clinch Valley News from the board of supervisors. Asking for bids to design a new wing/addition to the Commonwealth Attorney office. Yes that is where the money is going, to build up the kingdom. The CA's nor the Board of Stupidvisors could give a dead green rats a$$ about those poor drug addicts in this county. They just want to surround themselves with all the warm and cozy frills and fatten up their pay checks. We live in a sad area and nothing will change until the working people in this county wake up and elect some real honest and Christian people to look out for us. Yep, I told you so!

I can't believe it, the local law enforcement is pissing away hundreds of thousands of dollars that should be used to help the poor drug addicted people in this county and all those concerned citizens on topix wants to talk about is some poor kid who parents are druggies having to eat a cheese meal at school. No wonder this county is going to hell.

<quoted text>why do u care if people around you dip or smoke? Why do you want people to pay fines and go to jail? What does that help? What would drug testing everyone do? Your weak minded and havent put any thought into your opinions. Answer those questions and lets see why you think what you do. Lets see if its reasonable. Everyone has a right to opinion but you act like you want to control everyone else. Im going to suggest you dont even know what drugs are or how they work. I suggest you dont understand.
Mainly because its illegal. I know good and well what drugs are and how they work, I have a profession in the medical field. Its not so much that i want control, but they are illegal because they are bad for you and others around you. Good people don't chew tobacco. You dont see well doing business owners out dipping and spitting in bottles, some of them do smoke but very few. I think testing random kids for drugs such as marijuana and other illegal drugs will vastly improve the school systems. If nothing else it will remove the negative influences from the learning environment so those kids who want to learn wont have as much as a problem.

I BASICALLY AGREE WITH YOU. I FIND ANY KIND OF TOBACCO USE DISCUSTING. BUT I DO RECALL HEARING OF MR. SMILEY RATLIFF SPITTING ON THE CARPETS IN HIS ROLLS. JUST SAYING. WE ARE FOR SURE GETTING OFF TOPIC. SO WHAT IS GOING WITH THE MONEY THE COUNTY HAS RECEIVED FROM DRUG COMPANY LAW SUITES? HAS ANYONE KNOW OF ANYONE WHO HAS RECEIVED ANY KIND OF HELP BESIDES JAIL AN PAYING BAIL BONDSMEN? OH, LESS BUILD MORE OFFICE SPACE AND HIRE MORE OF OUR BUDD'S AND GET SOME MORE TOYS AND IT WILL HELP THE DRUG PROBLEM. WHAT A JOKE.
