At least with have a superintendent smart enough to know who butters his bread. Did he want to recant some of his comments after reading Bonnie Little's editorial?

Bonnie needs to read about the Crusades, the Inquisition, Bloody Mary, etc. etc. There have been endless deaths in the name of God. Rational and caring human beings don't have to be reminded constantly and everywhere to be good people. Bonnie needs to read history books more than rereading and rereading the Bible.

Wow,
Bringing up an ignorant statement such as voting down a levy due to a school board member is pointless. She is in the position she is due to the community electing her. The voting down of a levy does not affect her, only the children and teachers who are actually in the school day in and day out. It is sickening how quickly people throw out the 'this is why we shouldn't vote for a levy' argument. When was the last time a levy was passed? Now we are in a position that jobs will be lost and quality of education will be directly affected without the passing of this levy. The community needs to take a long hard look at what they want for the future and pass a levy to support the growth of the community. What kind of message are we sending when we won't even pass an emergency levy or the minute someone like Bonnie Little says something we don't agree with even though WE allowed her to get elected TWICE we cry No Levy?! She can say whatever she pleases because we let her get in that position and she can continue to say whatever because her job isn't tied to the levy. She can get people like you riled up enough to vote down a levy that is absolutely needed for our children but in the next election she will still have a job due to your misplaced anger and unwillingness to actually find out what is at stake and the dire position in which we have placed our district.
