Bull sugar hockey ice picks!
They "accidentally" overstated student population which resulted in extra money being sent to the BEST schools in one of the worst performing school districts in the state.
Then they covered it up by "farming out" these non-existent students to schools with high special needs population, essentially washing their error in the pile.
It's called MONEY LAUNDERING and people need to go to jail.
Who was helped: The best performing students, primarily white, Asian and wealthy.
Who was harmed: EVERYBODY ELSE.
GET ANGRY. DEMAND PRISON FOR THE GUILTY.
