Jack Lynch is an innovator in educational leadership. Remember when he brought the dress code to a public school? He was met with resistance then, and since then, behavior problems went down, and test scores and student achievement went up at The Academy. This program involves parents in their childÂ’s education, and puts the blame where it should be for misbehavior, on the misbehaving student, not the teachers and administrators.
Mr. Lynch had nothing to do with this program, it was put into place but the staff and former principal the year before he started. It has made large improvements overall in the school atmosphere but it had little to with him.

If a teacher often chitchat a few minutes with other colleages at beginning of class, or check and send emails; and demand students to be on time sharp; what can the students do?
How about show up on time like they are supposed to.

Stop it already.
