just a quick question for you, you think this is a total waste of time, would you share what you do every minute of your day that would be classified as not a total waste of time? really, I'm just curious.

It is independently operated and funded. It is also optional for the children to attend. No offense, but there is no real argument against this place existing. If you don't like it or agree with it, then just go about your own business and i will go on about mine. Glad the children have this as an OPTION in Van Wert.

It's been open for two whole days and there are already people acting like it's the best thing ever lol. This OPTION has turned into all of the kids not attending, losing an hour of learning each week. In my opinion that shouldn't be praised. Take your kids to Sunday school, take them during the week too or send them to Mustard Seeds. Imposing during the hours of school shouldn't be legal. You know who loves this? A bunch of lazy parents who can't get up on Sunday morning now feeling like their doing a great job.

Can't wait till they learn the story of Noah and the Ark. When you're a kid they teach you to think "wow all those cute animals" and "God loves us and that's why there are rainbows". Not the reality that God desimated the enitire human race for doing the things that we still do now.

They're not going to teach them the reality of what's in the bible. You know why? Because little kids who's minds aren't developed can't comprehend it. This if anything should have been for high school kids.

Teach kids the truth, that evolution happened. Stop the fairy tails. I would have gone just to get out of real school. But I tiotally agree with the person above. Take your kids to church on Sunday and leave them in school on school days.

Public education is worse than Fox News when it comes to brain washing and indoctrination. At least COTH students will learn that it's good to question the status quo.

My daughter is going to it and is excited. If you don't agree with it then don't send your child. I am glad they are offering this. In addition to my child attending church she can share this time with her friends.
way funny

so, this is the most intelligent thought provoking and enlightening bit of wisdom you have to bestow upon those who don't agree with you?

If we brainwash them early enough, they'll never have to think for themselves, or ask questions. That's what the Bible is for.
Please, send us more money! We need to properly indoctrinate tomorrow's Fox News obsessed, mouth-breathing, redneck Republican army.

All are welcome. Send your child or don't send your child. God gave us free choice, believe or don't believe. I't dosent get any easier than this.

What fairy tales? All that stuff actually happened.
The Earth is only a few thousand years old, evolution is a lie perpetuated by the Devil, some hippie died and came back to life, and everything bad that's happened throughout history is simply God punishing the Sodomites.
If you'd have read your woefully mistranslated and conveniently incomplete Bible, you'd understand that...

With what seems about 200 churches in this county is this stupidity really necessary?

Again, no child has to attend. Free will.

Yeah, right...
Any child who doesn't want to attend will probably be forced into the program by their lazy, unfit hick parents.
We already have dozens of churches to choose from in this town. When will you Bible beating freaks be satisfied?
