Welch ain't nothin' but a drug infested, roach infested, nasty place to live with no jobs and the jobs that are there are only for the people who know each other.

No one at the Welch Jail ever wants to give a job to someone unless they are "in the family" or "good friends" with someone who already works there. Who agrees with me?

SHAME ON ALL OF THEM for not hiring people who really need a job and instead just want to hire "who they know".

Ah, "Field of Dreams" "If you build it they'll come". Which is true, with out the proper tools one can't build a house or make a repair if something is broken. This applies there remodeling the old Best Furniture to accomidate the teacher shortage in the county. One reason no teachers don't or hadn't stay long it no where to live. The building of new housing and remodeling of old buildings will bring some people in for the jobs that is here teaching, corrections, and more.
