Have you any idea what 18.5 per cent of Bershire Hatheway is worth? There is no way that this guy, unless he's got a guardian and trustees, is managing a fortune like that. And, since it's all a matter of public record, it's quite easy to check if there is ANY BH stockholder with that percentage of shares and who it is. An old friend of mine is a BH stockholder and attends Buffet's conference in Omaha every May. So to humor you, I will check with him tomorrow.

Sure - do that- the no. company with 3 Z's intermixed will take him/her to 5 other numbered cos and then he will locate an ICC code no. which, if he is well connected there, identify the name of the investment co. holding the no. companies and naturally once you know the investment co. the owner/operator is readily available. Actually, Mr. Buffet usually is quite attentive to Zuik but tries to make it not too obvious. You see, he is digging BH subsidiaries deeper into the far` east where he is aware Zuik and some fellows from S. Africa and Russia have developed joint investment portfolios and have better sources than BH is presently feeding from in London , Manilla and Hong Kong. Zuik's "so far" strategy has been to find the shakers in Bejing and work from the shell out versus most westerners (driving Boone Pickens nuts I hear) are still unsure how to nurture the correct info for diligence. That is more than I should know as lost my fortune 12 years ago and Zuik's group are very closed mouthed. Indeed 18.5% is a very large monetary holding but you are also aware (and esp. your friend) BH in this frame is exhausting it's cash reserve to allow WB to continue to oil the bearings while he is able- BH has had the worst performance ever in recent times and the changing of the guard could indeed open the gate for adjusted share value due to other investment houses outperforming BH of recent. Like you know- the 'ol Buffet strategy to unload Coke and tell the world then buy back 150% times what he unloaded at the price he dumped his at. He(Buffet) and Sam Walton will someday be recognized as developing theory to carry USA far far beyond its expected date of being the capitalist power of the world.... Zuik knows the details, I only pick up frags and project.

You will forgive me if I choose to believe otherwise until proven wrong. He and WB are acquainted, he edited a best-selling Buffet bio and WB "blurbed" my friend's bio of a great ML baseball player of whom Buffet is a great fan. I'll believe this part of Zuiko's legend if he confirms that this individual exists. I find it rather difficult to believe that an individual such as the one that you describe would spend so much time on these silly threads (without a motive such as mine to keep track of the man, that my son says is his rapist... A motive that can on occasion become obsessive.. But Zuiko has none), lying, name-calling, hurling insults and picking fights with total strangers like me. I won't believe it unless my friend--who would almost certainly be known to Zuiko if he is who you say he is--tells me I am wrong and identifies him. And that should be no problem if you're right.

I mean that my friend, a shareholder in Berkshire, is acquainted with Warren Buffet.

Teen boy found guilty in Ohio of distributing nude photo of a minor on the internet. Must register as a sex offender and be sent to juvenile prisonvuntil he's 21. This came out of a child rape trial involving a number of teenaged defendants, including the boy who was charged with distribution of the photo and, moments ago,,was found guilty along with the rapists. A snapshot, so to speak, of where the law comes down these days on child pornography. Take notes, Zuiko's apologists.

Oh, and coyote: It turns out that all individuals who own more than 5 % of BH shares (and/or control more than $100 M of other people's money from any source) must disclose their holdings publicly. There is, alas, no individual shareholder who owns anything remotely close to 10% of BH's 550,000 shares, much less 18.5%, save for Buffet himself, who owns about 60 percent. My friend is going to check on institutional shareholders, but is very dubious with regard to Zuiko's claim. He'd have done better to make up a privately held company when he told you he was a tycoon. And the philanthropy: who benefits from his largesse? Is it distributed through a foundation? Let's face it: a guy who posts so angrily, so vituperatively, on these lame nude-swimming thrrads every day--whose very first posting here was an attack on me, a total stranger who until that post had been unaware of his existence (much less his pronounced and passionate antipathy toward me) does not fit the profile of the jet-setting playboy-philanthropist whom you describe. And to claim that this individual owns half of the Berkshire-Hatheway shares not owned by Warren Buffet himself is preposterous. There is no single investor who owns that big a chunk of BH--individual or institutional. It's not looking good for Ol' Zuiko.

We're talking about Class A shares of Berkshire Hatheway, I presume. Anything else would not be worth discussing in terms of ownership and influence in Buffet's empire. Lol.. Another whack job. How could you, who appear to know more than a little about more than a little, buy a blatant line of bullshit that is so damned easy to check from an online acquaintance whose previous Topix account was closed by Topix last year for obscenity and inappropriate discussion? And whom you have never met personally or with whom you otherwise are not acquainted?

Unless, of course, it is you who believe that I'm dumb enough to swallow so much bunk. Lol.. Now THAT is certainly a possibility, isn't it Tink? Lol.. After all, the State Dept ruse of yours was less obviously a phony to the average guy who has no real knowledge of our foreign policy infrastructure (you, ironically, would fall into that category... But you get a pass for being a foreign national), much less nearly two decades of career experience. No harm done. It was all in good fun. After all, I don't blame you for being skeptical. I might have been, too. Lil. Ciao, Warren.

Got it slightly wrong. My friend in AL corrected me, reminding me not to take any info before coffee.. There are 300,000 more outstanding Class A shares than I posted--I mistakenly had singled out just those that constitute BH's public float--which drops Buffet's portion to under 40 % but which increases Zuiko's alleged ownership to some 170,000 shares valued at $154,000. EACH. Lol. Do the simple arithmetic to figure just the BH portion of this guy's alleged net worth ($ 26 billion!!) That puts his alleged control of BH is roughly half that of CEO Warren Buffet (who also owns about 11% of the co's Class B shares, now priced at 2 percent of their Dec 2012 value due to a 1:50 split in January, about $75.) Lol. Test question: Assuming all of coyote's ZuikiTales are true, where does our boy Zuiko rank among the world's wealthiest individuals? And why does this guy have so little control over his most ardent critics and doubters on Topix? Why, indeed, does he spend all his days here with us without any apparent motive other than to attack me by turning back on me my own pointed attacks on him. And why did he show up here in January with an inaugural post that was a premeditated attack on me? And yet, he says he hadn't been here since Topix canceled a year ago his account under the name of Sir Arthur for obscenity and inappropriate discussion? Yeah, he's definitely Warren's partner and confidant. Lol. No mistake about it.

Yep, coyote. I can see why T. Boone Pickens would consider this former gay leather-bar stripper and city-street gay teen hustler a formidable threat. Lol.. Let us know if he plans to sell the Tour Eiffel. Or the Kremlin. Or his 18.5 percent of the Great Wall (or roughly 270 miles , at least 18.5% of which I expect he will have restored before placing it on the market. Most of the Wall is in bad shape, as Zuiko, or anyone who has visited any of the vast non-touristy portions of it, can tell you) I may be interested if he'll do some additional brick pointing first. I see a terrific spot for barbecues,or for sucking on some 50 y/o Dimple and smoking Cuban Churchills as the sun sets.

Will check back later. I'm taking my mother to see the Philly Pops perform Lennon-McCartney at the Kimmel Ctr. By then I should have heard back from my BH friend. Test question: How much cash will ZuikiBuffet's Berkshire-Hatheway investments earn him by the time the concert ends?(Trick question: It's Sunday. Not even Hong Kong will have opened by then)

You're right, pal. This, to borrow from the "Bush" men, is "a slam dunk". LOL!!! Berkshire-Hatheway, indeed.

And I'm surprised that you would pay to watch an orchestra perform Beatles songs. You swore that you wouldn't ever go to see their music played "by any non-Beatle" until McCartney dies. You've seen Paul at least two dozen times since 1976. What's with Peter Nero's orchestra, then? Lol. Have you become the Bradley Manning of the original Beatlemaniac set? Can't you wait until Paul's next tour--surely later this year?

MM- nice to see you have added another fictional character to your stable-- an author, an author who invests, a biographer to be of WB. Well, that's nice but your posts supporting this "friend" are quite evident you will need to garner some info on how BH has developed with Mr. Buffet's philosophy on value added investing. Your comment Z should figure how much his BH holding earns over the time frame of the concert is total evidence you are not equipped to develop your character- preposterous statement for obvious reason that I am of inclination you do not comprehend. It is apparent my fictional creation has flushed you down the drain. Your maltaculta shadow indicates Sir Paul is doing a tour- where would he be in demand other than a lonely ladies' home- guess the cult will be excited then. How was your fishing trip ??
