What a surprise, they're not admitting to dumbing down the curriculum. If they were doing their jobs in the earlier grades the students would be ready when they got to the eighth grade.

Now who exactly are these critics who say that some schools are not placing black and Hispanic students in advanced math classes, and why would they single THEM out?
