(However, her description of the incident involved a teacher interrupting the "rape," and Debra saying nothing to save herself, nor avoiding the boy, who continued to "force" himself on her. In fact, he was her boyfriend.)

Trying to twist the story round now is she eh? So cheeky!

somehow this thread got way off topic.
None the less, any kind of sexual contact by any adult with anyone under 18 is child abuse. There is tons of searcher that will tell you it is extremely destructive to the child of either sex.For those of you suggesting that sexual contact with a young male with an older female is not destructive tells me you are extremely ignorant on the subject. It does not matter the sex, this kind of behavior is flat out destructive to the child, and yes-anyone under 18 is a child!

Mr. Largelanguage is missing the point here. I agree that she seduced him. The question is, could a prosecutor gotten a conviction for first degree statutory rape here. IMHO, the answer is no, unless he could get an all woman jury. IMHO, the best he could have gotten is a conviction for child endangerment or maybe 2nd degree rape. The problem is that no force or threat of force was used by Ms. Lafave.

Just for the information of Mr. Largelanguage, when I was a freshman at Berkeley, I lived in a boarding house where I was told that a resident young man was accosted the previous semester in Golden Gate Park over in San Francisco at dusk by two women and was forced at knife point to have sex with both of them. He left school at the end of the previous semester. Now that's 1st degree rape.
As I understand it, he was 17 at the time, making it statutory rape (18 was the cutoff age in California at the time). This is far more serious then what Ms. Lafave did.

Zuiko- DO NOT READ ABOVE POSTS as SIR ART !! Large ol' boy- are you trying to bring this case into mm's woeful story or are you attempting to lead us away from mm's woeful story ? Are you throwing in mm's towel and diverting the topic to suggest females are able to commit indecent acts against minors w/o recourse ? Surely it is my limited capacity of comprehension but I do not understand why u tell us this tale... is it to intro a new topic- if so-bravo...

Want to bet? All too many grown men would think like that. Fifteen year old boys have only one thing on their minds, namely getting laid and Debra Lafave was a wet dream. Apparently, numbnuts Largelanguage was never 15. Rather then listening to me or him, I suggest asking a prosecutor who has been around the block a time or two.
Muahahahahahahahahahahahaha good one SLC your post has got me laughing my socks off.Numbnuts thats a good one i guess you have him worked out.

Why is this in the education thread in the first place? Sex education? Kids are now being taught incest and paedophilia is a healthy relationship? I never knew that! GOOD LORD!
Why post this repl as a joke when right wing nutters in this country and in the USA will believe that rubbish and take it for the truth.

Even when I'm not participating, coyo-TAY cannot rid his thoughts and postings of me. I am flattered, coyote, that you have this "thing" for a slightly younger man. BTW, it is silly to presume that anyone who expresses agreement with me on ANYTHING is in cahoots with me. They have independent minds and speak them. For real... Just as, in your world, you would like everyone to believe that you do.

Hear! Hear! It truly is that clear, that self-evident. Anything else is really just,a rationalization of child sexual abuse.

To CADad hello i was wrong on the age of consent in France it is not 14 it is 15.But the age of consent in Spain is 13.Now that explaines why Spain is a paedophiles paradise,a paedophiliaic Garden of Eden for Europes nonces.

KM has had a change of modesty- I think last year she would have pistol whipped any male attendant- maybe my recollection is wrong. I think YOU would have shot the poor devil unless he agreed to leave and send in 2-3 female nurses. Think of it though- the more Larges that exist the better likelihood of u getting all female providers--- see, there is a posi to most things !

It is still child abuse no matter what. It may not be as bad as forced rape(Or maybe seducing him and tricking him making him emotionally weakened perhaps and the feeling of being used I think might actually be worse than forced rape actually), but it is still rape. She still deserves to go to jail for life, or possibly lose her life instead. And he was actually 14 or 15 years old, not 17 years old.

This was actually in response to SLC about Mrs. Lafave. It also served as a good way to show women can also rape boys, not just men that are pedos.
