Lesson no. 1

Tax funded public education is a Socialist experiment that has failed. You cannot educate away biological stupidity. Stop wasting tax payers hard earned money trying to.

The Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal is the results of people out of control in control. Never allow immoral people to control our tax money or our children. When people who only care about themselves and have no desire to help our children are placed in command of our schools and labeled as "educators" this criminal scandal is the fruition of their actions. They should get long prison sentences.

Lighteredknot,

Your solution is no solution at all. It is like putting a bandaid over a cancer. The core problem is tax funded public education itself. You would never hear of this if 1) there was no "No Child Left Behind" and teachers were not penalized for failing failures and flunking them out, or better 2) schools were all private and free to do 1 above.

We must deal with the real world not the way we wish it would be, and public education is now mandated in all 50 states. I wish a law would be passed that would prevent anyone who didn't have children in these schools were not responsible for supporting them with our taxes, but the 47% deadbeats now vote, and they rule so we have to expose the criminal acts in these schools so the criminals will be incarcerated and prevented from teaching their criminal theories and doctrines to the children of America. Be ever vigilant. For example, today Scott Foresman/Pearson textbook co said they would include the theory of global warming as a fact in their new science texts. Companies like this are causing our curriculums to be like those of 3rd world countries, based upon supposition not facts.

Lighterednot,

I am a libertarian, but I also hold a degree in Earth Sciences. I can tell you that human created climate change "global warming" in popular terms, is real. It is not a hoax as the lunatic fringe of the right would have it be, and it belongs in the textbooks. The science behind it is about 200 years old and proven over and over again. More carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will cause the atmosphere to trap more heat from the sun. Not putting it in basic textbooks is as big a disservice as putting in Creationism would be.

He very well could be "retarded." I believe if one has an IQ below 75 that person is considered legally "retarded," and it's obvious when reading some of the vomit the "nut" spews, his IQ is within the 75-85 range.

Did you read the research about the volume of carbon dioxide released from a single volcano in relationship to the carbon dioxide released from modern man? Your theory is still a theory, my problem was the textbooks printing it as a fact. Surely you have studied the scientific method even if you only teach earth science. I trust you teach this to your students and ask them to question people from Chicago who say things like, "I will balance". Bless your little heart.
