How To Pay For 2nd Bachelor's

Does anybody have any good ideas on how to pay for going back to school for 2 years for a 2nd bachelor's degree fulltime?
I work in IT and can earn a good salary but I really can't stand it anymore. And it seems nearly impossible to earn a decent enough wage working part-time to pay for a 2nd bachelor's.
Complicating the matter is an insistence by schools that I improve my prior GPA by taking individual classes at exhorbitant prices before I matriculate to fulltime student, even though that GPA was low because of depression (and I have proof)!
Choices I can think of are:
1. Work in IT at relatively high wage, save up a bunch of money, then go back to school and hope I have enough savings.
2. Find a job at 3/4 time or so, and take classes as I can, which would drag the process out even longer.
With either option, though, it seems I'm still years away from getting this done, which is lame because I'm not getting any younger.
BTW, this would be for year 3 & 4 of a physics degree.
